Enterprise Insurance is committed to conducting its business responsibly and ethically and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain.
Enterprise Insurance and Enterprise Insurance Services are trading names of Enterprise Innovation Holdings Limited. We provide insurance-related services, including insurance distribution and claims administration, to customers and business partners across the UK.
Our approach
We do not tolerate slavery, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking or other forms of modern slavery.
Given the nature and size of our business, we consider the risk of modern slavery occurring directly within our own operations to be relatively low. However, we recognise that risks may exist within wider supply chains.
We seek to work with reputable suppliers and business partners and expect those organisations to comply with applicable employment, human rights and modern slavery legislation.
Where appropriate and proportionate to the nature of the supplier or service being provided, we may consider modern slavery and ethical business practices as part of our supplier selection and ongoing relationship management.
Our people
We aim to ensure that those working for Enterprise Insurance:
- are employed voluntarily and in accordance with applicable employment law;
- have the right to work in the UK;
- are treated fairly and with respect; and
- are able to raise concerns about conduct that they believe may be unlawful or inappropriate.
Any concerns regarding suspected modern slavery or human trafficking should be reported to management so that they can be appropriately investigated and, where necessary, escalated to the relevant authorities.
Our ongoing commitment
We will keep our approach to modern slavery under review as our business develops and will introduce additional controls where appropriate to the size, nature and complexity of our operations and supply chain.
